In response to the question about whether it was his writing or Frankie's voice that was more important, Bob mentions "How Do You Make a Hit Song." HDYMAHS was a great stage routine the original Four Seasons performed during the sixties. It was recorded and appears on the fake "live" Vee Jay album. It is definitely worth a listen. The real on stage live performance of this song was better than the recorded version - on stage, none of the recorded parts of "Sherry" were used and there was always a little unscripted dialogue and impromptu comedy added during the performance. Audiences loved it.
