If you think this video tour is fun, you've got to listen to the audio book. It is hilarious. And what better way to spend time than to listen to Christian tell you a story! And quite entertainingly.

As usual, Howard's description of "TMHYLTP" is right on the money. It was a very enjoyable listen. A fun story and Christian is superb. A perfect marriage of voice and story. For those who haven't listened to it, what are you waiting for, go out and buy the audio book.

I obtained the CD set on www.amazon.com initially looking to hear Christian Hoff's world-record 241 voices, which are amazing, but I was also treated to a wonderful story by publicist/producer Ed Feldman, with collaborators Tom Barton and Jimmy Merrill.

The audiobook took me through the last half-century, concentrating as much on Bette Davis, John Wayne, Cary Grant and Barbra Streisand as on Harrison Ford, Eddie Murphy, Jim Carrey, and Glenn Close--with wonderful backstories about Murphy in "The Golden Child" and Close in "101 Dalmations."

I heard some the wonderful tales of the antics on the set of "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" and the casting challenge of Barbara Streisand in "Funny Girl." Christian's voices bring Bette Davis and Joan Crawford back to life, and he does a magnificent Streisand inflection.

The baby boomers like myself can relive the last half-century, but this memoir is terrific for anyone considering a career in any aspect of show business. Christian's great voices are gravy. You won't be disappointed.
