    HI, everyone,

    Thank you for all your kind invitations from JB World. No question, "I am your friend." I haven't had time to navigate the JB World system since I joined and am now involved in doing some fundraising for a charity close to my heart. The Crohn's Colitis Foundation of America is having a walk-a-thon in Miami in January in which Buz and I will be participating. Both our kids have Crohn's disease and our son, Josh, just had his second surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He is doing well. This is a very important cause to Buz and me not only because of our children but for the more than 1 million people in the US afflicted with these diseases.

    Irene, my mother-in-law's cousin had Crohn's disease so I am somewhat familiar with it. I wish your son well in his recovery. Is there a way we can donate to your walk-a-thon?

    We definitely understand, especially when trying to combat disease and supporting those with health issues. I hope everything is going well and thanks for the link to you and Buz's donation page. I hope to discuss and learn more about that disorder when we meet again in December. You have our full support!

    Irene,

    I hope your son makes a quick recovery, and that your daughter is also doing well. One of my good friends has Chron's disease, so I'm familiar with its inherent difficulties. I admire the amazing energy you and Buz put into causes close to your heart. You have my support and that of all of us here in Jersey Boys land, I'm sure.

    How many times have I said , how wonderful JBB Fans are. "It's a gift". And how lucky we all are to have this blog..It's such a great feeling to have all of these friends..I know I'm very greatful for all of you..Irene, thats why we will always be here for whatever you need...Jody
