This may be a very silly question, but I don't know the answer. Has any show on Broadway ever been cancelled due to very bad weather? Just curious.

    Thanks Leanna,
I was just wondering about Sunday. And to me (and in this area) 5 or so inches isn't a huge deal anyway... Some it may be though.

A little wondering going on here. I will be coming up from DC Sunday, along the same path that the bad weather is predicted. I don't have a ticket for the show and I need to get a 7:00PM train that will arrive back in DC Sunday night. So a couple of things to consider that involve the weather.

I asked Jen Naimo this question some time ago and she replied: We are just like the postman, we come rain or shine. :)

    Hi Guys,

It's really not that bad in the city; very wet and messy, but nothing sticking. Hopefully, this is the worst it will get on Sunday as well. Really looking forward to seeing everyone, but of course, do not want anyone to compromise their safety! I'll keep everyone posted with the weather and all conditions in the city in the next few days.

Thanks Pamela - it's great that you can give us first hand details of the weather. I still plan on coming on Sunday unless NJ Transit shuts down the trains. ;)

    Hey Dina,

Yes, I had tickets for a B'way show a few years ago and the trians weren't running due to ice on the tracks and the show I was going to see was cancelled along with several other B'way shows that day!!! So, it can happen!!!
