    Hi all,
I'm Snowbelle and this'll be my first post as I'm new to this blog but I've been lurking for quite a bit.

With JLY, Daniel, Christian, and Bobby's voices sounding so sweet, I'm just wondering if any recording producer has snatched them up to a music's company label yet?

    Curious,
    Snowbelle

I think the only one from the OBC would be Michael Longoria. (I don't think he's under a label, though.)

And if you're looking outside the OBC, then Jeremy Kushnier (Original Chicago Tommy DeVito and now Las Vegas Tommy DeVito) has two nice CDs. But basically, I have to say Jeremy is a big favorite.

Michael Longoria's CD is self produced. He will be making it available digitally soon, he has said.

Whenever I see the words Blue Moo, I think of blue cows jumping over fences and forlicking grassy fields covered in daisies.

    I really do.

Jeremy's CDs are great, you can download both off of iTunes. Or if you want an actual CD, you can get Jeremy's and Michael's off of http://www.cdbaby.com.

I know J. Robert Spencer and Erik Bates have original material on their offical sites you can download, but they don't have actual CDs out.

Deven May (Original Tommy in the Sherry Tour) was on the CD for Batboy: the Musical. He sounds fantastic.

Tituss Burgess from the OBC has a CD (www.titussburgess.com) out. So does Travis Cloer, with his beautiful "Christmas from the City", where his "Same Auld Lang Syne" is so haunting, given the recent passing of songwriter Dan Fogelberg.

Remember that "Singing in the Shower" track Chris Jones recorded for Blue Moo? I'm not sure how long it's been on iTunes, but I checked last night and there it was! The song is super cute and I didn't expect an inside joke or two. :)

John Gardiner, who plays Billy Dixon/Knuckles in the JB Touring Company, has a CD out called "The Way We Weren't" which can be purchased off iTunes. It's an incredible album!! :) One of my faves!! :)

Chicago's Tommy, Michael Cunio's band, Reckless Place, has some music you can listen to on their site.

Ha ha ha - thanks for bringing "Singing in the Shower" up!! I just bought it as a download from Amazon. How could anyone NOT smile listening to this tune??!! Very clever lyrics and arrangement. Gotta get CKJ's autograph on this CD if I make it to Vegas this month. Now who was supposed to sing this song, before Chris came on board?

Other than the obvious Four Seasons influence, the "real" song that the verse is most similar to is the Uniques' "Not Too Long Ago" from 1965, imho:

I was wondering that, too, and if the Frankie Valli reference was added because Chris came in at the last minute, or if it happened to already be there.
