On a recent rerun of The Learning Channel's "What Not to Wear," a young woman--I THINK her name was Marci--was the subject of that episode's makeover. (I didn't catch the date on the show, but I'm guessing it was several years old.) The young lady was a New York City resident, and among her "friends" who offered commentary on her need for a makeover as well as her transformation at the end of the show was a petite young blond man named "Courter." Now how many petite young blond men living in NYC are likely to be named Courter? Could it have been Courter Simmons? I do believe it was! (They don't mention last names of guests' friends, and they don't list them in the credits, but I'm 99% sure it was him. If not, he has a doppelganger out there who is posting his photos on Courter's web page.)

Yes, that was Courter, and it was shot before he was in Jersey Boys.

June: I know where you're coming from, but although this thread has the potential of becoming terrifying, it's not there yet and if the subject line were changed to "TV appearances" or whatever it might be a little more kosher...

Besides, a TLC makeover show is still in the entertainment industry realm and not like someone is talking about seeing a teenage (randomJBcastmember) on America's Funniest Home Videos or happened to be behind them in line at Target something.

I thought I saw Howard, Harry & Subbs standing on a street corner at Hollywood & Highland on Saturday...being mobbed by fans & handing out way too many autographs to mention!

They're on Ebay this morning, Cynthia, and about to be listed on the commodity exchange! Now that oil is coming down, our autographs are the next speculative fad. Have your people get in touch with my people and I'll try my best to get you a complimentary one!!!

LOL---it was so great seeing you and everyone this past weekend. Audrey, I hope you taped the show--Spencer is such a fan favorite...yeah, both of them are....Bobby and Rockman!!

Howard & Stubbs..just arrived home from BUR-DFW..contacts/glasses are on..Fans remain confused & my people do want to get in touch with your people for the "complimentary" autographs!

OK..who exactly were the Moe..Larry & Curly replicas recognized on Hollywood & Highland..I think we know the answer..but please "clarify" for the Paparazzi!

OK Cynthia, when your people get in touch with my people, we'll "do" lunch. Stubbs, who is who in that lineup? I think I have an idea, but I wouldn't mind being Larry if it meant getting all that hair back!

"Jersey Boys" was a $200 question tonight on Jeopardy. The answer was: "Sherry" & "Oh What a Night (December 1963)". The category was Broadway Shows.

(Don't quote me re: those questions/ answers categories. I've only watched the show the day 'the boys' were on: http://jerseyboysblog.com/jersey-boys-rock-on-celebrity-jeopardy/846)

Latest episode on Modern Family. Hilarious reference to Jersey Boys when Cam is introduces to a group of men. Check it out on Hulu or abc.com if you get a chance. Also, watching an old episode of King of Queens when Doug gets his own apartment he has a Jersey Boys poster on the wall. It doesn't sound funny until you see the episode. It is so random and not something you would think Doug would do.

I saw reference the Modern Family too! I actually laughed out loud with Cam's "This looks like a scene right out of Jersey Boys."

I am positive the writers for Modern Family must be related to Rick or Marshall. First there was the reference to Jersey Boys in one of their early episodes. Then Wednesday night Jay thought Gloria was taking him to see Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. We they arrive, he finds out it is Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" so he ditches her. Priceless!!!

I was thinking that the writers of Modern Family must be Jersey Boys fans also. I loved "Jay's" line, "I'm going to walk like a man, as fast as I can...."

This evening's middle school musical production of "Aladdin" contained the line, "You're not from around here, are you?"

I have just seen that episode of Glee and was thrilled to see that giant sign. I also have a photo of my nephew from Sydney visiting New York and standing with a group of friends and the sign is behind them.

On a "Family Guy" episode I saw last night, Brian (the talking dog) listed both "Sherry" and "Marianne" (sic) as songs that have girls' names as titles.

http://www.amazon.com/Backstage-Broadway-1000-Piece-Puzzle/dp/B003U56DWQ. I studied this at Barnes & Noble for quite a while, sure that Jersey Boys deserved to be included. Stop by your local B&N.

Saw the beginning of Wheel of Fortune tonight and the intro showed the Jersey Boys (theatre) sign and a clip of the OBC. WoF was at The Palazzo taping for the week I guess.

Have recently read the book "Started Early, Took My Dog" and on the first page in italics "Bye Bye Baby, Baby Goodbye" and on the second page "Baby goodbye".
I am amazed at how often I now see phrases or sentences in books that have been used in Jersey Boys. 100 large, you're not from around here are you, etc. Never noticed them until I started seeing Jersey Boys.
