I saw Jersey Boys last night at the Fisher Theater in Detroit, Michigan. WOW! I remember first hearing the tune "Sherry" at the age of 8 in 1963ish. I had always loved the Four Seasons. In 1976, I had tickets to see the Four Season in yes, Kokomo, Indiana. The show was canceled due to poor sales. I didn't get to see Frankie Vallie and the "New" Four Seasons until 2007 when they came to Adiamo's in Warren, Michigan.

I did not know the history of the group, the personal tragedies of Franki Valli, or his sincere nature of responsibility until I saw Jersey Boys. I am so glad that my husband treated me to a surprise Christmas present. This show is definitely worth seeing and worth making into a movie.

I can hardly wait until President Obama has a date night with Michelle and they see "Jersey Boys"...MORE interviews about how GREAT this play really is. OR the BOYS are invited to the White House. Either way it's a win, win.
