Happy Birthday! It truly was an honor meeting the architect of what is “The Four Seasons Sound” in person at the BC/EFA on October 21. It was also an honor meeting Judy Parker and Daniel Reichard, who really portrays you in a manner befitting your stature in entertainment.

Dear Mr. Gaudio,

I just wanted to extend my best wishes to you for a most happy birthday. I’ve been a huge fan of Frankie Valli and The 4 Seasons since the early ’70′s, and although I missed out on seeing you perform live with the group, I always realized by the songwriting and producing credits the large role you played in the success of this legendary musical act. It’s just amazing to realize that you and the rest of The 4 Seasons have been immortalized by becoming characters in a smash hit Broadway show (in addition to the current national touring companies and future international productions). It’s gratifying to see you getting the recognition you so rightfully deserve for all your fine contributions to the music and entertainment industries.

May you enjoy further creative successes and may your musical legacy live on forever!

Happy Birthday, Bob Gaudio! I had the pleasure of meeting you on your birthday two years ago at Tower Records. You were the first one to sign my CD that evening, and I remember how kind you were to your starstruck fans. I also had the privilege to meet you backstage at JB, and you and your lovely wife, Judy, posed for pictures with my husband and me outside the theatre. Last month at the BC/EFA event, you recognized the earlier pictures I had taken and struck up a conversation. I’ve always said the Broadway cast of Jersey boys are the most talented and truly nicest actors I’ve met…maybe they are just trying to emulate the character of the original Four Seasons! You’ve certainly been a role model & your support of JB, and the indivdual shows and cabaret performances of its cast members continues to thrill JB & Four Seasons fans alike.
