Isn't it incredible how relevant "Mercy, Mercy, Me" is today, 36 years after it was recorded, as is "What's Goin' On?", from the same album? And Bobby really did "Mercy" justice.

Bobby showed his talent at the Ben Folds' Musicology earlier this year when he so beautifully sang the sad and haunting "Late", a wonderful tribute to the late singer/songwriter Eliot Smith.

Re being the Ringo of the group, we all should remember that after the Beatles' breakup, Ringo hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 before John Lennon did!
