If you can get tickets through one of the ticket brokers listed on this site, I would strongly recommend it- although you should expect to pay for the convenience of buying so close to the date. (TKTS never has JB tickets… and probably never will in our lifetime- if the fan base keeps growing.) For a SRO ticket on a Sunday in July, I arrived at the theater shortly after 10 am, but remember there are no guarantees until you get there.

Thanks for the info. Now we can schedule our trip to NY between those dates. We were thinking of watching it on a Sunday, Sept. 9. Another question is, do we have to buy the ticket in advance or can we go to TKTS to get it ? What time should we fall in line to get it if at all we decide to do it.

I have read the JLY Love Thread but never commented on it. It’s fun and informative – they put up interesting photos, etc., but it seems to be a more teenaged group. Most who post are in High School or college. They welcome everyone to post, tho.!

Yes he should be there, as long as he is not sick. Don’t go to Wed. or Sat. matinees though, as he does not perform in them.

Yes, John should still be in the show in September. His contract is not up until November. However, he does not perform at Wed. or Sat. matinees.
