Well, I saw Jersey Boys on its opening night in Sacramento and I couldn't have it leave town without seeing at lease one more time. Saturday night, we went to see the final show here in Sacto and it seemed even better. Because I knew what was coming, I noticed things that I has not noticed the first time, both visual and audio.

This time, my wife and I went with two different couples who had not seen it and they went away awe-struck as well.

I have the sound track CD on my offie CD player and listen to it daily. And, you can bet if it ever returns to Sacramanto, I'll be back again.

I have seen the New York Jersey Boys 4 times and now can add the Sacramento Show and make it 5 times. The Sacramento show was awesome, Christopher Kale Jones was great as Frankie Valli. It was awesome that Des was their to introduce the show. We hung out at the stage door and got to meet Bob and Judy Gaudio who were so nice. It of course was an awesome show, which I already knew from the New York show. Everytone should see the Jersey Boys you will not be disappointed, in my opinion it is the best Broadway show ever and if you haven't seen it do yourself a favor and go, you will be amazed.

Hi Kent,

It was so nice to read your feedback of the show! I agree with you - Jersey Boys is off the charts! I've heard it referred to as "lightning in a bottle" and everyone should try to catch it whenever they can.

My family (from a 9 yr old to a 65 yr old - three generations) became fans the first night we saw it. Truly amazing. It was like watching a live action movie being filmed - non stop - time flew by and before you know it - we were on our feet!

We've seen it more than once, and we continue to spread the word. We look forward to their next visit to SoCal.

Really appreciated your comments Kent!

I am 61 years old and I saw Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons back in the 1960s. I just got home from the Sacramento opening night of Jersey Boys and I'm looking for tickets to go again. All I can say is "WOW!!!" This show was better than ice cream. It was better than sex. Hell, it was better than sex and ice cream together. On a scale of one to ten, I thought this show was about a 12.

The last musical I saw was Mama Mia at Mandolay Bay in Las Vegas and I liked that show a lot. I liked Jersey Boys even better. Mega kudos to the performers, to the director and to the production staff! My wife and I went with three other couples and everyone in our group felt the same way.
