@Howard – why do I feel most Broadway stars don’t show up at the stage door with their managers? Somehow, that just doesn’t seem necessary, unless you feel “larger” than you really are. Was really hoping the last 7 years would have been a growing process for JLY, but your post certainly makes it seem otherwise.

In any event, looking forward to seeing him perform in September.

“Is this a time machine or what?” Oh, what a great night it was to see JLY return last night, and get together for a pre-theatre dinner with so many JB fans. It was a flawless performance and JLY and high-powered manager Dona Miller were so accessible at the stage door. Dona noted that each time she sees me, I have different guests….Dona, I have a lenghty waiting list, so you’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg. JLY hasn’t aged at all (I wonder what moisturizer he uses) and that beautiful sparkling white smile is as large as ever (and he still keeps his dentist a secret)!!
