I bought that in near mint condition from a used book and record store.

I remember when they advertised it on TV. Just when you thought there would be no more hits…

It was Longines Symphonette’s first collection by what could be called Rock and Roll artists, I believe. Other Seasonologists can correct me if I’m wrong about that, such as Jim or SW. I was impressed that they released it as affirmation of my tastes. Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons had arrived! Not that they hadn’t already when they released their first standard, CTMEOY, in 1967. Actually, I think they had a standard with “I’ve Got You Under My Skin”, but it wasn’t their own composition.

Still have that album from back then.
A real nice album.
The first album I ever got and still have is the â€œBig Girls Donâ€™t Cry” album from 1963.
In fact, my older brother bought it for me as a gift for my 12th birthday in June of 1963.
Still have all of my albums, 8 tracks, cassettes and CD’s from 1963 on.
Some in pretty good shape, others just ok â€¦
