In reading all of the comments made concerning Yogi Berra’s recent passing there was one consistent theme that made me think about Frank Rovello: he was universally loved by all. Frank was a lovely person and a fine and generous man. God bless you Frank.

Frank was simply the best. In a message that I relayed to Frank’s family, the senders described Frank as “without a doubt the greatest Four Seasons fan ever!” The senders should know. They were Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Robby Robinson and Dean Egnater (Frankie’s manager with whom Frank worked closely to give fans the latest information about the Seasons). We’re all going to miss Frank Rovello.

My condolences go out to The Rovello Family, and all who’s life he has touched.
Frank was such a devoted 4 Season-Jersey Boy fan. He will be missed by so many. May he rest in Peace.

I was speechless when I learned of Frank’s passing. He was a cornerstone of all things Four Seasons and by extension, Jersey Boys. His website, as you’ve mentioned, was all-inclusive. I visited it countless times.

Frank graciously provided much background information for my first “Four Seasons Old Neighborhood” Bus Tour but wasn’t able to join in since his family was getting together that weekend. He mentioned that his son, also Frank, was a captain in the Air Force. It was clear through our emails that despite his vast interest and encyclopedic ‘Four Seasons’ knowledge, he was a family man first.

His presence and contributions will no doubt live on.

We enjoyed a great weekend together in 2014 at the street naming ceremony for Joe Long. Frank was a great guy and a source of all things Seasons. We will miss him so much….
