It has been used many times since then including being used in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Program from 1990, the year the 4 Seasons were inducted.

The photo looks like it’s from 1962-1963 but VJ continued to release compilation lps thru 1965 and used any photos they could get their hands on.

Must be more aficionados out there who know for sure.
