That is a photo from the collection of John Pingree, one of the most advanced collectors of Valli/Seasons material, and a great guy from the UK. I believe it's part of the photo shoot that accompanied the release of GILG, because some of the other photos that he posted with it are actually shots from the LP jacket--the photo in the gym and at the pool table, for example.

I recognise that photo.
It was in the UK Concert Programme when I attended my first FV&4S concert at the Hammersmith Odeon in London in February 1971.

I still have that programme along with all the other ones when I have seen them at their subsequent UK concerts. Most recently at The Royal Albert Hall in London in 2012.

Tommy DeVito looks almost unrecognisable in that photo with his beard.
A major surprise for UK audiences during this 1971 tour, was that despite being in the Concert programme Tommy was no longer part of the group and Bob Grim took his place.

During the 1971 tour the group recorded "Whatever You Say" c/w "Sleeping Man" which, with minimal publicity sank without trace.
Also their appearance on UK TV's "Top of the Pops" performing "Lets Hang On" & "I've got you under my skin" both appear on the Jersey Beat DVD.
