I can’t say whether the Partnership has restricted the use of their songs or if the producers just wouldn’t put Valli songs on the contestants’ pick lists, but it has been an extremely rare thing to have their songs used. “Beggin’” being the exception to the rule, last year(?). If you didn’t talk this appearance before over 20 million viewers up among family and friends, why not? These chances don’t come along very often. End of rant.
