JB Broadway Keeps Breaking Box Office Records!
September 5th, 2007As reported earlier, Jersey Boys broke the house record at the August Wilson Theatre for the 24th time for the week ending September 2, 2007! The show grossed $1,236,877 and had a 100.8% attendance rate.
Total grosses for the week were $16,323,215 for the 21 shows on the boards for the week ending 9/2/07.

Can you imagine what the JB ticket gross would be if they performed in two of the larger theatres like the Minskoff or the Gershwin? Not that I want them to move…the August Wilson may be smaller but I like the imtimate feel of the show.
