Jersey Boys Remains Robust at Box Office

Although there were no new house records set last week, Jersey Boys still stayed strong in the Broadway box office millionaires’ club. For the first week of the new year, the show grossed $1,229,925 and had a 100.8% attendance rate for the week ending January 6, 2008.

To no one’s surprise, Broadway experienced its usual post-holiday dip at the box office last week. Total sales for the 34 shows reporting grosses fell about $7.6 million to $20,739,353 for the week ending 1/6/08.
