January 17th, 2009We’ve said it all along–JERZY BOYZ are ubiquitous! And, no, Spell Check didn’t miss that! This time, I mean JERZY BOYZ with a “Z”–the fruit farmers with the absolutely best apples and pears you’ll EVER taste!
The New Year started out on a healthy note for us this year, with an absolutely enormous and wonderful gift of Jerzy Boyz organic apples and pears! Along with enjoying them daily, of course, the company name intrigued me, so I had to find out the rest of the story!
Jerzy Boyz Farm is a five acre pear and apple orchard in North Central Washington that has been family-owned and operated since 1989. Why the name “Jerzy Boyz”? Turns out the owners came out west from New Jersey 30 years ago! These outstandingly tasty, highly nutritious, and fabulously crunchy fruits are certified organically grown and packed right on the farm!
