Not many shows on Broadway reach this milestone, but we’re not surprised! Happy 10th Birthday to the greatest Broadway and worldwide sensation–JERSEY BOYS!

Truth be told, the Tech Half & I had the most awesome sneak peek, circa December 2004 at La Jolla Playhouse and knew it was going to be BIG, but TEN YEARS on Broadway?!? It could happen. It did happen!

In addition to congratulating every past & present cast member, crew member, creative team gurus, and of course, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, we would like to say thank you to everyone associated with the show for all of your Jersey Boys Blog support! Also a big shout-out to all of the fellow JB fans who keep going and going and going back to JBB!

Look at me, I’m tearing up, but let’s get this party started–Happy TENTH Birthday, JERSEY BOYS!

Please join us in sharing your congrats, memories, and joy of JERSEY BOYS!

  1. Biggest memory for me in the 10 years Jersey Boys was one day in October, 2007, when the JB fans gathered in NYC to support BC/EFA. Huge night when the OBC and Original Four Seasons came together with the fans. Happy to have been part of JB history, and even happier my 80th show viewing will occur tonight where it began on Broadway at the Virginia/August Wilson.

Even better are the numerous friendships made with cast members and having made new lifelong friends along the way. Can’t wait to enter the August Wilson tonight, once more for this special JB experience! Hope to see past cast members there too

  3. I’ve seen a musical or two in my life, from “A Chorus Line” in Broadway to “Hair” and many others in my hometown, Tel Aviv. I’ve seen an opera or two in my life, from “Der Rosenkavalier” in Vienna, to “La Traviata” and many others in my hometown. I’ve seen a musical movie or two in my life, from “My Fair Lady” to “West Side Story”, “The King and I” and many others, in my hometown.
Never in my life have I seen any show as awesome, thrilling, moving, beautiful and all the accolades that exist in the vocabulary, like “Jersey Boys” . Every time I watch the movie, at its end I quote Oliver Twist words “Please sir can I have some more???”
Though served a ten years sentence, I hope you will not mitigate your schedule demands,Talents like yourselves, cast and crew and every one involved in the creation of this masterpiece. I wish you more hard work and more great achievements in the future, in every role you choose. Congratulations to Frankie Valli and the four seasons, who started all this.
