The day has arrived! Joseph Leo Bwarie will be making his Broadway debut TODAY at 2PM at the August Wilson Theatre in as “Frankie Valli” in JERSEY BOYS!
After four fabulous years in JERSEY BOYS, first in the Las Vegas company, followed by phenomenal reviews all over North America, JLB will now be playing the “Frankie Valli” role during the JB matinees on Wednesdays & Saturdays!
So excited for Broadway audiences to experience what many of us have had the chance to see on the JERSEY BOYS national tour–the multi-talented Joseph Leo Bwarie not only singing “like an angel” (to quote Tommy DeVito), but channeling the determination, the success, the conflict, and the heartbreak that Valli had experienced through his lifetime. Seeing JLB’s portrayal with his incredibly loyalty and commitment as a true Jersey boy from “the old school” was priceless!

I was there…JLB was amazing! I didn’t think he could possibly be a better Frankie, but he is. Broadway becomes him!

Good luck Joe and Happy Birthday coming up. I’ll have to make a trip to The Big Apple and see you again, this time on Broadway !
