  1. Loved JonMichael Dias as Frankie Valli at the LaSalle Theater on Wednesday Oct 24!!!! What a voice this young man has and WOW!!! the stage persona. He is quite the performer. They were all wonderful but it was JonMichael who caught my attention with his 3 octave range!!!I was taken back to the 60′s remembering all their songs.
This is truly the best show in the Theater right now.
I’d love to see it again in Chicago but would love to have this cast perform!!!

  2. I had the opportunity to see John Michael Dias perform as Frankie in SF, and you are right—he has remarkable talent—WHAT A VOICE! I also saw Jarrod spector and Steven M. Goldsmith perform the role as well—what an incredibly talented group of young men. But, I cannot fail to acknowledge the talented women in the cast as well. This show is truly blessed with some of the best (if not the best) talent ever to be hand picked for a Broadway show! I look forward to seeing the show again in Chicago, despite the fact that I have seen the show numerous times already—just can’t get enough of the Jersey Boys—this comes to you from a die hard Jersey Girl and proud of it!

  3. I’m so drawn to the Jersey Boys production that I can’t wait to be there during Thanksgiving week and see it as many times as I can get my hands on tickets—-I certainly hope Steven M Goldsmith gets to play Frankie at least once while I am in town, ’cause he blew my doors off when I saw him in SF, CA, literally captivating the audience (and I saw all the Frankies perform while I was in town). The electricity Steven exudes is unforgetable, and has resonated in my mind for months. His falsetto parallels the real Frankie Valli’s voice and in my opinion delivers the notes with more percision and finese than the real Frankie, (from what I remember as a younster). Regardless, Steven M. Goldsmith is also the funniest Joey I’ve ever seen perform this role. I can’t wait to see him no matter what role he performs—’cause kiddo you have what it takes—and it’s not acting—it’s real; it’s believeable; it’s honest, raw talent at it’s best! What a talented production company! See you all next week!

  4. I hope you do too, Tina!

Steven is absolutely electrifying as Frankie. And I NEVER use that word. :)
