Christopher Kale Jones and Ron Melrose Receive Garland Awards!

Christopher Kale Jones received an award for Performance in a (Primarily) Musical Production and Ron Melrose received an award for Musical Direction!

I’m so happy for Chris and Ron. With not being in the OBC, somehow I didn’t feel Chris always received the great press he deserves. Same with Ron, being behind the scenes. Glad they’re getting the recognition now.

Congratulations, Chris and Ron! I had the pleasure of meeting Chris in Tampa. He is such an incredible performer and a wonderful person. I am thrilled for both of them. IE

I heartily second all of the above. Meeting Chris is one of the things that pushed my JB enthusiasm rating up to 11 (on a scale of 1 to 10). And Ron, well it IS all about the music, isn’t it? And it couldn’t be better. Well-deserved congrats to both!
