Jersey Boys LogoExciting News from JERSEY BOYS: Due to overwhelming demand across North America, the producers have announced a second touring production of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, launching in Philadelphia, PA at the Forrest Theater on December 6, 2011 for a six week engagement. Press opening night is scheduled for December 9, 2011. Additional tour dates for both National Touring Companies are listed below.

Producer Michael David: “We are thrilled that the public’s interest in JERSEY BOYS has generated the demand for a second North American touring production. We continue to be amazed and humbled at how universally this story and its music seems to touch people; from San Francisco to Schenectady, and around the world – Toronto, Australia, London, and hopefully beyond.”

Mark Schweppe, Senior Director of Theatre Operations for The Shubert Organization: “JERSEY BOYS had a phenomenal premiere engagement at the Forrest Theater in Fall 2010, having electrified over 140,000 theatergoers. JERSEY BOYS holds the top 9 box office grosses at the Forrest, and we look forward to having the show back in town with the launch of the new company.”

  1. That IS exciting news! The show is finally making its way to Jacksonville next year – can’t wait to find out which cast. Although it won’t matter – the show is spectacular no matter what.
