  3. Bobby, this quote is directly from one of your interviews:

“It’s been a ride of patience and persistence. Every time I got a gig, it was because of persistence, persistence, persistence,” Spencer said. “I always knew in all the years of struggling, there is no way that God would dangle a carrot in front of my face my entire life.”

I’m so happy it’s all come together for you, Bobby–a new hilarious film, a wonderful, healthy baby, and a hit Broadway show. You’ve earned it, so enjoy that “ride” to the fullest.

  8. Happy Holidays Jenny and Bobby:
It’s been like 10-years or more since I spoke with you. I was writing out Christmas cards and looking through my old address book and I thought of you Jenny. (So I googled you.)(A baby!! a husband!! a broadway career!!!) Hopefully, you will get this message. Looks like you are doing what you wanted to do with your life. I remember in college how you would talk to me about being on Broadway and dancing and singing for people. My husband and I were in Paris in September and I thought of you while watching one of those cabaret shows. Hope this message reaches you. Call or email

  9. Jenny, Not that it would be at all weird for me to have absolutely random thoughts, yet today I was thinking about you and found some info! Hooray for you! Damn, I wish there were a “Jenny Lynn” in my neck of the woods. I live in Kansas city and married Eric, whom I lived with the last four years I was in NYC. We have a 2 1/2 year old, Oliver…and he is such fun. I choreograph for many competition tap teams, and teach them all I know about showiness. You were always meant for greater things, yet glamorous costumes and beautiful poses were suited me well for quite a few years! I do miss it all, and sometimes think “what in the hell am I doing in Kansas?” Thanks for the memories I have of you, Tara
