J. Robert Spencer’s Last Performance as Nick Massi

Thanks to Lori Leone, we have an amazing photo and update of Bobby Spencer’s last Jersey Boys performance on September 14, 2008.
Lori reports that there was a special energy on stage that day, with Bobby receiving a spectacular round of applause during his last performance as Nick Massi! Bobby’s family was there to share in the experience and as always, Bobby greeted and posed for photos at the stage door as fans said their goodbyes to him!
Although Lori says she will certainly miss seeing Bobby in Jersey Boys, she wishes him great success in his future endeavors and hopes to see him in his upcoming production, Next to Normal in D.C.!
Bobby, you will be missed! I enjoyed your performance as Nick Massi..so calm, so cool, till the sit-down scene …and then I enjoyed the explosion! I wish you continued success in your new ventures and hope to hear your voice and see that smile again from the broadway stage some day. So nice to see you at the stage door last Sunday.
