Jersey Boys Cast Member @DevonGoffman Returns to Hometown; Sneak Peak of His Interview with Orchard Park Bee!
May 14th, 2013Great feature with JERSEY BOYS second national tour cast member Devon Goffman, who has returned to his hometown with the production this month. Check out a sneak peak of the interview in the Orchard Park Bee:
The musical, which runs from Wednesday, May 8, through Saturday, May 18, is the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Goffman will play Tommy DeVito, the founder of the group.“They’re legends — to tell that story on stage is really awesome. And, it’s my dream role,” he said. “Tommy is the leader of the Four Seasons. He narrates the show. His character is passionate.”
After graduating from Orchard Park High School, Goffman earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Fredonia State College, majoring in musical theater.
Goffman said being part of “Jersey Boys” is exciting, especially because he will be working with the production through the end of 2014.
“This is the best of the best,” he said. “It’s amazing to reach this place, which is something that I’ve dreamt of doing.”
