Jersey Boys Supporting Actors: Part III

Jersey Boys Blog is highlighting the careers of supporting cast members John Leone, Dominic Nolfi, Joe Payne, and Matthew Scott.

John Leone (Swing) has played starring roles both on and off-Broadway, in productions including Marius, Les Misérables, Chuck, and Avenue X. He has also performed in several regional theatre productions, as well as in film and television. When not on stage, Leone teaches acting and voice privately and at the Neighborhood Playhouse.

Dominic Nolfi (Swing), a Boston Conservatory of Music graduate, is currently understudying for the Bob Gaudio and Frankie Valli roles. Jersey Boys marks his Broadway debut. Prior to Broadway, Nolfi performed at La Jolla Playhouse in Jersey Boys and in the European tour of Grease. He recently wrapped up the film version of the Off-Broadway show, Zombie Prom, playing the role of Joey, and acted in the festival-bound short Punch. Punch. Kick.

Joe Payne (Thug, Guitars) is making his Broadway debut in Jersey Boys. He has acted in several regional theatre productions and tours, including Buddy Holly, Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Pump Boys and Dinettes, Beehive, Return to the Forbidden Planet, It’s a Wonderful Life, and Jersey Boys.

Matthew Scott (Swing) is also making his Broadway debut in Jersey Boys. He has performed in a number of regional theatre shows, including Ragtime, My Fair Lady, Carousel, West Side Story, tick, tick…BOOM!, and 1776. Scott has a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University.
