JLY Returns to Jersey Boys After Vocal Rest
August 1st, 2006On his blog, John Lloyd Young reports that he’s glad to be back at Jersey Boys tonight, after a week away. Since JLY had struggled for a few weeks trying to sing through a lingering sinus infection, his doctor recommended that he take some much-needed rest. He says this is something that would be difficult for ANY actor: spending a week on vocal rest and missing a full eight performances.
Glad to hear he’s feeling better and back with the show. His role is so demanding, that it’s amazing he’s gone almost a year without missing very many days. I hope he decides to stay with the show one more year for selfish reasons.. I want to see him one more time!
