June 26th, 2010

McNeeley

Beginning tomorrow, Kristofer McNeeley, of the Las Vegas Strip’s hit show Jersey Boys, will be performing weekly at the Liberace Museum in a solo show entitled “Holding the Space.” The 45-minute acoustic guitar/piano set will include his interpretations of material by some of the great singer/songwriters of the ’60’s, ’70’s & ’80’s– including Elton John, Billy Joel, John Denver, Phil Collins, Burt Bacharach and Fleetwood Mac, among others. Also included in the set will be several original compositions influenced by and in the same style as these singer/songwriters. Listeners will be invited to enjoy an afternoon of mellow, relaxing, meditative musical reflection and an intimate look into Kristofer’s journey as an artist and into the music which has shaped his work as a composer.

Kristofer will be presenting “Holding the Space” every Sunday this summer at the Cabaret Showroom at The Liberace Museum with the official opening tomorrow–Sunday, June 27 at 2:30pm. For tickets, call 702-798-5595.
