Magic of The Midtown Men, Vegas Style!

December 31st, 2012

The magnificent Midtown Men made their debut in Las Vegas back in November at the Eastside Cannery for an evening of spectacular ’60s hits, storytelling, and showmanship that brought the house down!

Truth is, we’ve been hoping for a Vegas visit from our favorite foursome for a long time and these multi-talented guys DELIVERED! Tony-Award winner Christian Hoff, Michael Longoria, Daniel Reichard and Tony-Award nominee J. Robert Spencer, who were dressed to the nines, not only treated the full house audience to an evening of hits from the greatest decade in music, making every single rendition their own, but also told some of the most entertaining stories and included some cool dance moves along the way! The chemistry, enthusiasm, and love for what these entertainers were doing on that stage brought nonstop applause, smiles, laughter from the audience–along with quite a few audience members dancing and swaying in their seats!

The Midtown Men introduced a special guest in the audience: the one and only Original Jersey Boy–Tommy DeVito, who received a thunderous round of applause–and, thank you to Bobby Spencer for giving a shout-out to the JBB Tech Half and me during showtime! Tommy DeVito and a shout-out from a star–it doesn’t get much better than that, does it?! Well, actually it does! Not just with the timeless hits from the ’60s, (including some of the biggest Motown numbers, a show-stopping “Cry For Me,” some Neil Sedaka, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and The Four Seasons–with an amazing seven-piece band), but an early Christmas surprise, as The Midtown Men performed “All Alone On Christmas,” their new holiday recording!!

Thank you to Christian, Michael, Daniel, and Bobby for one of the most memorable evenings of entertainment of 2012!
