More Celebrity Sightings at Jersey Boys

April 29th, 2006

Joe Long, who was bass player and vocalist with the Four Seasons from 1965 through 1975, attended Jersey Boys last night. Joe and his family enjoyed a backstage visit with the cast following the performance.

Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts) from “The Sopranos” was also in attendance last night.

Have you caught any other celebrities in the Jersey Boys’ audience lately?

  1. From a distance I saw Richard Roeper, of the Chicago Sun-Times, and TV’s Ebert & Roeper movie-review show. I didn’t get a chance to ask him if he gave JB a “thumbs up.” He didn’t look especially ebullient after the show. But the woman accompanying him (girlfriend? wife?) seemed ecstatic and was kissing him in the aisle.

  2. Joe Namath, of the 1969 Super Bowl Champion N.Y. Jets, was at the Saturday evening, April 29th performance of Jersey Boys. It was my third time seeing the show and it “rocked the house” that night!!!
