NEWSFLASH: Jersey Boys Cast Recording Is Certified Platinum!

Jersey Boys OBCRNEWSFLASH! The cast recording of the Tony-winning musical JERSEY BOYS has been certified PLATINUM by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

The RIAA certification means ONE MILLION units of the Grammy Award-winning CD have been sold.

Released by Rhino Records, the JERSEY BOYS disc was produced by Bob Gaudio for Gaudio/Valli Productions. The associate producer was Ron Melrose and orchestrations by Steve Orich.

Congratulations to Bob Gaudio and everyone associated with the phenomenal PLATINUM JERSEY BOYS Original Cast Recording!

  3. This is a well deserved recognition of an album that has enchanted and entertained over 1,000,0000 satisfied customers! Congratulations to John Lloyd, Christian, Bobby and Daniel, the Jersey girls, and Bob Gaudio and the talented creative and technical crews of this CD. Also, congrats to the various JB casts around the world that continue to capture the hearts of theatre audiences, who in turn buy this CD. The vocal and musical talent of JB casts, the beautifully acted and inspiring story, the kindness and stage-door friendly actors, and the legendary Frankie Vallli and The Four Seasons have all contributed to the success of this CD. As “family” you all share in the succcess of this CD and the awards that it gathers.
