I would love to hear some reminiscences from fans who saw the show back in La Jolla. What drew them there, what was their reaction, what was the audience reaction, etc.?

Steve, I remember hearing how audiences went back and back and back again to the La Jolla production. It quickly became obvious this was a horse of a different color! I’d be curious also what changed from then to Broadway (like the use of a coffin onstage, etc).
