July 2nd, 2008Chicago Jersey Boys cast members were on hand at Grant Park to ceremonially cut the first piece of the larger-than-life Eli’s Cheesecake and commemorate the start of this year’s Taste of Chicago.

Saw the Cleveland production of Jersey Boys last night (July 2, 2008). It was one of the very best musical productions I have seen. LOVED EVERY MINUTE! The staging was superb and the music was awesome. I am 73 years old so the memories came flooding back and I am so glad to learn the backstory of the group. Thanks for an electrifying musical experience!!

Wow..that’s a big cheesecake! Wish I coulda had some….love the Chicago JB. They’re the best! Wish I could’ve seen them in Grant Park….
