Throwback Thursday: Toy Soldier/Betrayed 45 Picture Sleeve, 1965! #tbt

Let’s go back to April, 1965 when The Four Seasons released “Toy Solider”! This great song, written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio, didn’t do too well on the charts, peaking only at #64 on the Billboard Hot 100.

  1. Answer to “Soldier Boy” by the Shirelles…except she wasn’t true! I think Crewe might have hired the same guitar player to get a similar sound.
