Today in Four Seasons Music History–3/2/1963: Walk Like A Man Tops the Billboard Hot 100! @frankievalli

Fifty-three years ago today (3/2/1963), The Four Seasons topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the third consecutive time with the single, “Walk Like A Man”! Written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio, this song remained in the No. 1 position for three weeks.

  1. March has always seemed to be a great month for Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons songs. Three have reached #1 Hot 100 in March. We’re coming up (actually we are in the week of that Billboard Chart week ending date) on the 40th Anniversary of “December, 1963 (Oh What A Night). hitting #1 on the March 13, 1976 Billboard issue. Here’s a video released in 1975 when the single was released. It is actually the Album mix that is played in the video.
