  3. Saw Trav In the Joey part and Ensemble. His vocals are dead on Frankie Valli. He’d make a great swing for Valli at the very least ! What a talented young man. Trav, you’ll be in our thoughts this week. You’ll make an awsome Frankie Valli !!!

  4. Your gifts and talents continue to grow brighter with each challenge and opportunity you encounter. Having seen you from your first performance in Grease to seeing you in JBs as Joey, I am fully confident that you will take the role of Frankie to the ultimate level. So proud to call you “son” and honored to be your “Pop”. Each day of my life I pray God’s best to you. Truly…….walk like a man! I know you will.

  5. Hi Travis. I second my buddy Irene’s comment re the Actor’s Fund. You were incredibly generous with your time, and it’s obvious you’re following the JB tradition of giving back to the fans. Unfortunately, I’m traveling for business this week and won’t see your debut, but as the cliche goes, I’ll be there in spirit.

And Jerry aka Pop, from your wonderful comment, I can see you did a great job with your son. As they say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

You have a lot of people in your corner already, Travis. Break a leg.

  6. So, tell us how it went. A new Frankie making his debut is exciting and I’d love to hear from someone who was there last Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

  7. I was there Saturday night, he was very good. I’m very JLY bias, but I have to say he was good

  8. I saw Travis and he NAILED it! He was excellent. I have seen the show 10 times now with 5 Frankies (Dominic, JLY, Michael, Matt and now Travis!) They are all great. Each one has his own style and Travis is a truly gifted performer. I can’t wait to see Chris Jones do Frankie in L.A. in August!

  9. I caught Travis as Frankie on Thursday night, his second performance. Travis was fabulous. He was in great voice and his Jersey accent was dead on. Would have thought that he was originally from Newark. Fine actor too. Congratulations Travis on a great performance.

  10. I saw Travis as Frankie yesterday, at the matinee. Michael is on vacation in Paris this week. Travis was phenomonal. I really enjoyed his performance. He singing improved as the show progressed, and he had a great Jersey accent. Can’t Take My Eyes Off You received a thunderous applause. Although I am partial to John in the role, Travis did great.

Everyone was kind, as always, at the stage door. I talked with Jen Naimo for a few minutes and she told me that I had to talk to Travis; that he was very sweet. She was right. He told me it was his 4th time as Frankie and it seemed like he was doing it forever. He was so comfortable on stage. If you are reading this Travis, keep up the good work.

  11. Wow, I was in vacation in New York that week and saw Travis as Frankie Valli on Wednesday – I can’t believe that was his first night! He was amazing, it blew me away. Congratulations on doing such a good job, Travis!
