Will Christian Hoff Stay With Jersey Boys?
September 19th, 2007Show biz websites and trade publications are all abuzz about Christian Hoff joining the cast of the new FOX comedy pilot “Hackett”!
According to Playbill.com: Hoff opens the Four Seasons musical Jersey Boys nightly on Broadway at the August Wilson Theatre as Tommy DeVito. The actor, who previously appeared on Broadway in The Who’s Tommy, earned a Tony Award for his work in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical of 2006. He will continue in his Broadway role, his rep confirmed.
That is the best news for all.

I doubt he would be able to continue if the tv show makes it out of pilot status…but good for him on the tv show!…maybe deven may (touring cast) will take over on Broadway.

Great news! Thank you Christian Hoff…I’m working hard to earn money to bring my whole family to see Jersey Boys and it wouldn’t be the same if there was a different Tommy DeVito.

Excellent news! The best actor for Tommy’s role stays with the OBC and I could not be any happier! Hope the rest of the cast remain at the August Wilson for a long, long time!
