JERSEY BOYS has returned to Los Angeles, playing at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre through Oct. 19 & reporter Sandra Barrera has a marvelous interview with pop icon Frankie Valli, who chats about his career & JB. Below is a sneak peek:

Valli’s long career alone includes work as a solo artist and actor. That’s him on the title track of “Grease.” He was whacked on HBO’s “The Sopranos” and just shot an episode of CBS’ “Hawaii Five-0.”

Of course, he’s still out touring the Four Seasons’ music.

“?‘Jersey Boys’ has been a great big help,” he says. “Our music has been reintroduced to younger generations. Sometimes I’m amazed when I look out in the audience and I see the various ages of people, from little kids to 60, 70, 80 years old.”

He’s also planning to pen an autobiography, if only to tell the stories not told in “Jersey Boys” for the sake of its story arc.

“This is one of those situations where there can almost be a continuation,” he says. “How do you do 55 years in two hours? I don’t know how to do that.”
