  2. John, I had quite a time getting back from Frisco (it’s only the second time out of hundreds of flights that one has been cancelled), but with some help from JLY fan extraordinaire Irene Eizen, I’m back and will be cheering for you tonight!

    Re your comment on yesterday’s Blog about one song following you around forever; well, JLY, when you sang that masterpiece the very first time I saw you, I realized I was not only applauding the career of the great Frankie Valli, but I was now in on the ground floor of the career of another divinely gifted crooner John Lloyd “I’m just an actor who sings” Young. You’re so talented in both arenas, JLY, soon no one will remember which came first–acting or singing! See you later, my man!

  8. Soooo…I’m one of those people you talked about on your blog that may not have made it to your performance due to the weather. Congratulations on what, I hear, was an incredible concert. If you do decide to do this again, hope it’s in the spring or summer! Of all weekends to have a winter storm…sigh…

  9. Just arrived back in sunny warm Houston. I didn’t even need a plane to fly home. John’s songs were wafting through my head the whole flight. I loved all of the songs, but this afternoon “I Only Have Eyes for You” was going around and around. It was an amazing evening and I hope this feeling of floating goes on and on and on

  10. John you were THE BEST,but I knew you would be. I loved every moment of the show! Opening with “Lighning Strikes”, was a perfect song! You were like velvet. I can’t pick any favorites, all were good,”Cryin”, I cried also “Till”. Please make CDs and we can donate the money to your charity. Thank You for doing your show! BRAVO!
