On September 15, 1962, the whole world exploded! Forty-eight years ago today, “Sherry” by The Four Seasons hit Number One on the Billboard Hot 100 Pop Chart and remained in the top spot for five consecutive weeks! Written by Bob Gaudio, the song that started it all for The Four Seasons, stayed on the chart for 14 weeks.
