Classic! Love the girl hanging on in the various scenes.

I guess Beech-Nut liked the song but didn’t want to
show the Four Seasons very well. Quick, dark clips.
Still looking for a clear, clean audio of their radio Coke commercial.

Ray – Have you seen this youtube clip (heard actually, since it’s audio with still pictures only) of Four Seasons for Coke:

An oldie but goodie…love that these are being found. Remember that the taping was very primitive back then.

Love both the Beech-Nut and Coke commercials. Great guitar bridge by Tommy DeVito on the Coke commercial.

Thanks to Susie for getting me a real clean version of the “Coke” commercial.
Anyone have access to a radio commercial they did in the 60′s for a sunburn cream company??
I can’t remember the product’s name, not sure they’re in business anymore.

And thanks to David for providing me w/a clear copy!

The spelling may be off on this but the commercial was for “nu per ca nal” cream – “That cool cosmetic cream baby – cools you like a quiet stream.” I have it on tape so it will take me a while to digitize it.

“Great guitar bridge by Tommy DeVito on the Coke commercial.” David, are you sure that’s Tommy? This maakes one realize how few of the 4S hits followed the traditional pattern of rock’n'roll records of having a guitar solo/instrumental bridge after a few verses and choruses. Also you can hear the trademark 4S drumming going on thru the Coke commercial.

If memory serves me, there was a second Joey Reynolds theme song: “Radio’s greatest show with the Reynolds boy named Joe” is what I remember. I’ve never heard it since I stopped listening to WKBW when I went in the service. Do you have anything on that?

Stubbs – yes that was Tommy on the guitar bridge.
