In their continuing series, “BroadwayWorld is Most Thankful For: Long Running Shows”–guess what was in today’s column? Yes, it was JERSEY BOYS!
It’s Broadway’s long-running shows that keep Times Square bustling year-round with theatre-goers from around the world who are making it to the Great White Way for their first time. Jersey Boys is now in its ninth year at the August Wilson Theatre, where it has played over 3335 performances.

Too often the newest can be confused with the most exciting, but it’s nice to see that the quality and enthusiasm that Jersey Boys brings to Broadway is not taken for granted. It’s a masterpiece, for which I’m also very thankful!
