Flashback Friday: Video of The Four Seasons, circa 1966! @frankievalli ?#?FBF?

Fabulous (although grainy/fuzzy) appearance by The Four Seasons lip-syncing to DAWN!

Does anyone have any details on this appearance? I’m guessing it was around 1966 or ’67, due to the hairstyles and the guys’ attire. Could it have been recorded at the Jersey Shore? Somewhere else on the East Coast? For what program?
