Prior to winning a Tony for his portrayal of Tommy DeVito in Jersey Boys, Christian performed on Broadway in The Who’s Tommy, in several feature films, and in many primetime television episodes. Christian, you’ve had a great year, with the Tony Award, your audiobook “Tell Me How You Loved the Picture”, your Thomas Grady performance on Law & Order, and best of all, the birth of your precious daughter Elizabeth.
Your generosity and character shone through when Campbell Brown congratulated you for your Tony nomination on the Saturday “Today Show”. You credited your success to the Jersey Boys family, noting that “if it weren’t for the group, we wouldn’t be here” and that your biggest thrill was that the Tony’s “recognized all of us as a group” for Best Musical.
I think you’ve only just begun, Christian, and your future ahead is awesome. May you have many more miracles and much joy in the year ahead.
