  1. I’ve seen JB 5 plus times and every minute of this fabulous show is a WOW moment for me. From the time I heard about this show coming to Broadway at one of Frankie Valli’s concerts from the “man” himself, I knew I would be seeing it..little did I know that I would become hooked!! I plan on seeing the show as many more times as possible. To me it will never grow old!!! Long live Frankie Valli and JERSEY BOYS!!!

  2. I fell in love with Jersey Boys when it premiered in LaJolla and saw it in NYC in November 2006. I see it whenever possible, and I’m going this week-end to Las Vegas (third trip this year) to see it again. Just can’t get enough!

  3. Seeing the show two times in NYC and meeting John Lloyd, Christian, Bobby and Daniel after the show. The second night I found myself sitting with Frankie Valli, his tour manager Dean, and members of his touring entourage. I was sitting next to Frankie during the first act. After the show, Bobby, Christian, Jennifer, John Lloyd, and Daniel noticing the new haircut I had done at Oscar Blandi Salon.

Seeing the Sherry and Zephyr Companies in San Francisco before being unleashed around the USA and Chicago, IL. Telling Des McAnuff that the show is in good hands. Meeting Bob Gaudio and his lovely wife, Judy Parker Gaudio in San Francisco.

Great to see Jersey Boys going strong all over the world!

  4. I can’t believe it has been four years! Most fantastic memory is meeting the cast before I ever even saw the show at Tower Records. Best experience is everytime I ever saw them perform onstage. Best WOW moment was meeting the cast and crew at the stage door, various events or brunches and realizing that these extremely talented actors are genuinely nice gentlemen and ladies who love what they are doing and are so appreciative of their fan support. Most lasting benefit (I added this one!) is the friends I have made and the relationships formed through this unique, shared common interest…Jersey Boys!

  5. I’ve seen the show 8 times – so far. But the best moment still remains, sitting at the Curran in SF between my husband and 21 year old son, being impressed, but wondering if they could really sound like the 4 Seasons I remembered. And finally the music lead in for Sherry starts, I know its coming and then Jarrod breaks into a perfect version of the song. I couldn’t stop smiling. It just made me feel HAPPY. I loved the statements about playing the song over and over on the radio – because there were no MP3 players in those days, and that was the first time I ever remember them doing that. From then on I was hooked on JB and hooked on Jarrod. I’ve seen several Frankies but the show is the best when he is performing.

Thanks to you all who maintain this blog. It is fun to have others to share these thoughts with.

  6. To;Maxine – absolutely loved what you wrote. I’m from Chicago and, same, have a special place in my heart for Jarrod. Hope to see him on Broadway soon.
