Robert Spencer, currently starring as Nick Massi in Jersey Boys, recently sponsored a mentoring program for an aspiring male actor from the Red Bank Regional High School in Little Silver, New Jersey. The contestants submitted letters in response to the question: “Why I Want to be a Broadway Actor.” The winner, Dennis Chambers of Red Bank, was announced on Friday, May 19, 2006 on Mix 102.7- WNEW FM’s “Morning Mix Show.”
