Jersey Boys Among 20 Greatest Shows in Las Vegas History According to Las Vegas Weekly! @lasvegasweekly @JerseyBoysInfo
November 20th, 2016In their latest issue, Las Vegas Weekly posted the 20 greatest shows in Las Vegas history. No surprise here–JERSEY BOYS, which just ended a record-breaking run on The Strip was on the list:
8. Jersey Boys: Las Vegas has seen its share of Broadway productions, but few clicked like this musical based on the lives of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. From the razor-sharp script courtesy of Marshall Brickman to the performances of Travis Cloer as Valli and Erich Bergen as Bob Gaudio, this show delivered laughs, tears and nostalgia like few Vegas productions had before. Oh, and having some of the greatest pop songs in history didn’t hurt. Jersey Boys began its run at the Palazzo and ended it eight years later on September 18 at Paris, making it the longest-running Broadway-to-Vegas show to date.

It’s said that when a person passes away, their life flashes before them. Well, if that’s true…I look forward to reliving (maybe not the best word) the final performance of the Vegas production – it was sheer perfection! Truly.

Why did Jersey Boys stop running in Vegas??? A show that was one of the top ten ever shows in Vegas is no longer there. Makes you not want to visit Vegas. Is there a chance it will do a new run?
